The Emerald Peek team was proud to honor and celebrate the in house veterans at the Emerald Peek, as well as the veterans within the local Peekskill community, on Veterans day. The team held a pinning ceremony for residents (there were twelve veterans, and six surviving spouses), as well as the Emerald Peek held two pie giveaways (one at the Emerald Peek community and another at the local American Legion). Over 50 pies were distributed!
