Maria Tissier, MS, OTR/L

Maria Tissier is a Mahopac, New York native who earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Mercy College. She began her career as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and worked in many settings before focusing on the geriatric population. As the Director of Rehabilitation at The Emerald Peek, she prides herself on ensuring that all the patients receive the highest quality rehabilitative care- this includes working closely with the other interdisciplinary team members to promote communication, leadership, and assistance, allowing for patients to have exceptional experiences and excellent outcomes at The Emerald Peek.
