Maria Ahmed, LPN

Maria has been a member of The Emerald Peek team for over 8 years. Her clinical experience as an LPN started at Northern Westchester Hospital as a floor nurse on the Cardiac / Pulmonary unit, which was demanding but very rewarding. Being a part of our community has given Maria many clinical nursing opportunities including floor nurse for both long-term and subacute patients, as well as being an integral part of the Wound Care team which allows her to utilize her incredible skill set to support patients on their journey to recovery. Maria loves being a nurse; she believes, “It is my job to provide patients with the highest quality of care.
