Shellene Napier, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, CEN
Family Nurse Practitioner

Shellene completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica, W.I., and earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Mount Saint Mary College. She began her nursing career in 2013, where, in Kingston, Jamaica, she gained valuable experience in both long-term care and acute care settings. She later transitioned into trauma care in high-acuity hospital environments and served as a clinical nurse manager in long-term care. These diverse roles have provided Shellene with a strong foundation of clinical collaboration. She has a deep commitment to patient advocacy, evidence-based care, and expanding clinical expertise. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is witnessing a patient’s recovery after the entire team has come together to achieve a shared goal. These moments motivate her daily. She enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends, singing, playing her guitar, and gardening in her spare time.
