Dominique Alcin

Dominique Alcin joined The Emerald Peek in 2018 with extensive experience in human resources. She received her bachelor's degree in business administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Prior to the healthcare field, Dominique supported companies in retail, recruiting, and finance. It was upon entering the healthcare industry where she discovered her passion for healthcare administration. Dominique shared, “I get to put a smile on people’s faces. One day, I will need care and I hope someone will treat me with love and kindness, just as the staff in our community treats patients.”

Dominique’s expertise includes human resources, payroll, recruiting, and organizational development. With family being a top priority in her life, Dominique goes the extra mile to keep The Emerald Peek family well supported, all while putting her best foot forward. She stated, “once you walk through our doors, you are welcomed with open arms and are immediately a part of the Emerald Peek family. It is not through words but through actions. It’s in a warm smile, a shared laugh or expressed concern for one another.”
